Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full Time

Marshfield Clinic - 804 Wright Street - Responsibilities:
Assist patients/residents/clients with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan under supervision of an occupational therapist;
Provide, monitor, and record therapy services to patients/residents/clients with physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial impairments;
Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities and interventions to match competency levels, patient goals, and practice setting requirements;
Communicate with and provide documentation to the occupational therapist about patient responses and communications during intervention;
Maintain knowledge of targeted occupational therapy outcomes and document outcome achievement;
Follow clinical practice guidelines of professional organization;
Work across post-acute, long-term care, and home health environments as needed
