Casual Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, plan, treat, and educate patients in speech, language, cognition, and swallowing, adhering to ASHA standards and clinical guidelines.

• Providing comprehensive therapy evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge planning for a full caseload
• Managing administrative tasks such as documentation, billing, and scheduling
• Communicating professionally, supervising support staff, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and ethics
• Flexibly working across departments based on patient needs
• Participating in staff education, committees, onboarding, and serving as a clinical instructor if applicable

• Master’s degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program
• Current licensure to practice in the relevant state
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills

This casual role involves a weekend on-call rotation approximately every 4–6 weeks, mainly mornings, and includes responsibilities such as patient care, administrative duties, and potential remote or hybrid work options.
