Responsibilities include:- Assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- Helping participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Building meaningful relationships and promoting community involvement
- Taking initiative to support participants’ well-being and independence
- No high school diploma required; six months of human services experience preferred
- Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
- Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance
