• Stock and restock bar supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes, and mixers.
• Assist bartenders during service by keeping the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• In charge of setting up and break down of banquet bars.
• Remove trash and recycling regularly.
• Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Reviews banquet or dining room schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Support the team wherever needed during busy shifts.
• Performs other duties as required.

This position does not require any supervisory responsibilities.

Work is performed in multiple dining outlets including prolonged time outdoors.

Primarily standing for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk/hear, both in person and by telephone, occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend and crouch. Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (kegs, cases, ice buckets, etc.).

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Less than 10% travel required.
