Our front desk team is not just the first and last point of contact for our guests; we are the warm welcome and the heartfelt farewell. We play a crucial role in ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated

during their stay.

Shifts Available:

Options for part-time and full-time schedules are available, and we ask that you be flexible to work weeknights and rotating weekends when needed. Hiring for 3PM - 11PM shift, occasionally there maybe a day or mid-day shift rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and register guests upon their arrival, making them feel at home.
• Be attentive to special requests and do our best to accommodate them.
• Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth experience.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with care, adhering to proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain accurate room status and tracking, always keeping our guests' needs at heart.
• Provide insightful information about room types, rates, and resort amenities to guide our guests in making informed choices.
• Offer options and alternatives to ensure every guest's needs are met.
• Ensure the security of guest room keys with a focus on trust and safety.
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

• A positive, "Guest First" attitude, fueled by a true passion for customer service.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage the busy pace of the front desk.
• A friendly, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor that uplifts everyone's spirits.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Previous hospitality experience is a bonus but not necessary.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone, as it's an important part of connecting with our guests.
