Sales, Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager

Overview

Account Manager / CSR to join a growing company in the Baxter, MN area. This role is ideal for someone with a background in digital and offset printing who enjoys managing client relationships and overseeing projects from start to finish. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance.

• Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
• Oversee print jobs from prepress through final delivery, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
• Collaborate with internal teams (prepress, production, logistics) to ensure project specifications are followed
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in technical sales, business development, or print account management
• Strong knowledge of print production processes (offset, digital, large format, finishing, bindery)
• Familiarity with paper, inks, and solvents used in printing
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
• Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
