In this hands‑on role, you’ll help transform printed sheets into beautifully finished products using state‑of‑the‑art bindery and finishing equipment.

• Set up and operate a variety of finishing equipment — including cutters, folders, stitchers, and trimmers — to produce top‑quality finished materials.
• Review job specs and production schedules to ensure every project runs smoothly and on time.
• Inspect work for precision and quality, making fine‑tuned adjustments as needed.
• Keep equipment in top shape through regular maintenance and cleaning.
• Work closely with teammates across departments to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and help us raise the bar on quality and efficiency.

• Experience operating bindery or finishing machines (or a strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn).
