Wood CNC Operator – Brainerd, MN

Pay Rate: $23.10 per hour;
Shift: 3rd shift 9:45 pm – 6:15 am, Sunday – Thursday

• Diploma or GED required; advanced machining training preferred.
• Hands‑on CNC machining experience (Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar).
• Confidence in reading prints and hitting tight tolerances.
• Precision, patience, and pride in quality work.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand throughout your shift.

• Run CNC mills or lathes to build high‑precision parts.
• Read blueprints, set up tools, and dial in the perfect program.
