We're looking for a skilled and motivated Bindery Machine Operator to join our production team at Range Printing - where craftsmanship meets creativity. In this hands-on role, you'll help transform printed sheets into beautifully finished products using state-of-the-art bindery and finishing equipment.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate a variety of finishing equipment - including cutters, folders, stitchers, and trimmers - to produce top-quality finished materials.
Review job specs and production schedules to ensure every project runs smoothly and on time.
Inspect work for precision and quality, making fine-tuned adjustments as needed.
Keep equipment in top shape through regular maintenance and cleaning.
Work closely with teammates across departments to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Contribute ideas for process improvements and help us raise the bar on quality and efficiency.
