As a Machine Operator I, you’ll play a critical role in our production process. This entry‑level position is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and build technical skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:- Operate and assist with a variety of machines
- Prep, inspect, debur, package, and handle materials and finished parts
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Support machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
- Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production runs
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
The pay range for this role is $22.00/hr. to $36.00/hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
What You BringMust Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand 8–12 hours and lift up to 40 lbs
Nice to Have:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, or reading drawings
- Manufacturing setting with varying temperatures
- Exposure to noise, dust, and industrial materials (PPE required)
- Physically active role with standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
