Production Operator

The Production Operator will work independently or with other production team members to ensure completion of production requirements such as loading and unloading molds, operating rotational and vac form machines and related equipment, conducting secondary operations to the molded components.

• Conduct and inspect tool/mold changes
• Operate overhead hoists, routers, torches for flaming, pallet jack, impact wrenches, drills and other power tools
• Able to operate a Rotomolding machine
• Ensure paperwork/procedures are being followed
• Promote positive and productive working environment
• Be flexible to support various operations within the department
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned

• Prior experience in manufacturing preferred
• Good organizational skills, self-motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize, attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Physical ability to handle heavy parts and materials
• Ability to work well independently or with a team
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Being dependable, reliable and motivated
• Follow Safety policies and procedures

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
