As a Mill Laborer you will:

• Operate machinery, mix ingredients, and ensure production processes run smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the mill.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues and participate in problem‑solving discussions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a positive attitude in a fast‑paced setting.
• Work Monday through Thursday, from 5 PM to 4 AM.

• Guide semi‑trailer into designated area
• Complete incoming and outbound inspection reports
• Sample raw materials
• Receive in raw materials
• Inventory/cycle counts
• Assist in dumping bulk totes
• Ensure proper ingredient weights, materials, and labeling as required
• Report, document, and repair any discrepancies found within your work area.
• Clean equipment and facilities

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
