ResponsibilitiesAs a Mill Laborer you will:
- Operate machinery, mix ingredients, and ensure production processes run smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the mill.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues and participate in problem‑solving discussions.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a positive attitude in a fast‑paced setting.
- Work Monday through Thursday, from 5 PM to 4 AM.
- Guide semi‑trailer into designated area
- Complete incoming and outbound inspection reports
- Sample raw materials
- Receive in raw materials
- Inventory/cycle counts
- Assist in dumping bulk totes
- Ensure proper ingredient weights, materials, and labeling as required
- Report, document, and repair any discrepancies found within your work area.
- Clean equipment and facilities
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
