Location: Brainerd, MN

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM

We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain safe, consistent, and efficient operations within our wood powder production department.

• Operate and monitor wood powder production equipment, including computerized and automated systems
• Perform quality inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure specifications are met
• Conduct preventative maintenance to maintain equipment performance and minimize downtime
  
  Optimize production output while reducing waste and scrap
• Troubleshoot issues and make real-time decisions to support efficient operations
• Collaborate on research and development initiatives, including testing new materials and improving production processes
• Support continuous improvement efforts to maintain industry-leading products and technology
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience or ability to learn forklift operation required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Powder coating experience is a plus, but not required
