BRD Packaging Laborer All Shifts

Job Title

Full‑Time Packager – Brainerd, Minnesota.

Pay range: $16.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience and shift differential). Benefits include medical (company paid), dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, HSA, paid time off, seven paid holidays, employee discounts, complimentary pet food, and company‑sponsored events.

• 1ST SHIFT: MON – FRI 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2ND SHIFT: MON – FRI 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (includes $1.50 shift differential)

• Package pet food products, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Inspect packaging for errors and properly label products.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
• Support operators by filling and sealing bags, monitoring machine operation, and alerting if issues arise.
• Maintain a clean packaging line and assist with clearing jams from the bundler.
• Assist in conducting and recording metal, weight, seal and lot code checks.
