Production Operator / Production Finisher - 1st & 2nd Shift

Penmac Staffing is hiring Production Operators and Production Finishers for a growing manufacturing company in the Brainerd area. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities offering steady hours, competitive pay, and excellent benefits once hired on by the client.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM
• Pay: $20.00/hour
• 2nd Shift Differential:
  Additional $1.00/hour
• Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

As a Production Operator or Production Finisher, you will support manufacturing operations by operating equipment, performing assembly and finishing tasks, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities may include:

• Operating rotational molding and related production equipment
• Loading and unloading molds, parts, and materials
• Performing finishing processes such as routing, drilling, deburring, trimming, and leak testing
• Inspecting parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Conducting mold changes and secondary production operations
• Using hand tools, power tools, hoists, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely
• Completing production paperwork and following work instructions
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supporting team goals and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assisting in various production areas as needed

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
