Doherty Staffing Solution is partnering with a leading printing and publishing company located in Brainerd, MN. We are seeking candidates for Press Feeder roles on 3rd shift. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $17.00 per hour. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. • Ensure paper is loaded and all plates, stock, ink and proofs for the next job are at the press before the previous job
• Empty waste ink, chemical containers, and soiled rag containers daily
• Ensure skids are properly marked for the next operation
• Ensure work produced exceeds quality guidelines
• Accurately record production data on job tickets, load slips, etc.
• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials within the facility

• Knowledge of basic math
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Willingness to wear safety toe shoes and hearing protection
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours with or without reasonable accommodations
• Willingness to submit to a background and drug test
