POSITION SUMMARY:Revolv Manufacturing Production Finisher will work independently or with other production personnel to ensure completion of production requirements. This will be accomplished by cutting, assembling, and testing components and assemblies as required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:- None
- Meet Standards/Finisher Goals
- Reduce Scrap
- Teamwork
- Leak testing of tanks and assemblies
- Inspection of assembled components
- Conduct secondary operations such as routing, drilling, deburring and flaming
- Assure paperwork/procedures are being followed
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Promote positive and productive working environment
- Be flexible to support various operations within the department
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Experience with assembly processes and equipment
- Experience in the use of assembly hand tools and fixtures
- Good organizational skills, self-motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize, attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Physical ability to handle heavy parts and materials
- Ability to work well independently or with a team
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Being dependable, reliable and motivated
- Follow Safety policies and procedures
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
