CNC Operator - 3rd Shift

Penmac Staffing is hiring a CNC Machine Operator (3rd Shift) for a growing manufacturing company in the Brainerd area. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who prefer overnight hours and are looking for steady, full-time work with competitive pay. Requirements for the CNC Machine Operator

• Previous CNC experience required
• Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overnight hours
• Manufacturing, woodworking, or powder coating experience is a plus

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to meet production goals
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Perform routine quality checks and measurements
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• $20.00–$22.00/hour based on experience
• Additional 10% shift differential for 3rd shift
• Overtime opportunities available, with extended hours from 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM as needed
• Stable, year-round position
