Sheridan MN is seeking a Team Leader to lead nightly bindery production operations, ensuring high-quality output, while meeting customer quality standards.

• Lead bindery team operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements
• Maintain maximum plant productivity and quality control.
• Train apprentices to become effective operators and helpers.
• Ensure equipment is operating through shift change and that all-pertinent information is forwarded to oncoming Production Support Leader.

• Four years + in manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct, and lead.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Third shift schedule with consistent hours.
• Opportunity to lead a core production team.
• Stable manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on leadership role with impact on daily operations.

Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and production conditions. Role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working around equipment.
