Assembly Worker; Electronics Assembly

Penmac Staffing is recruiting for Assembly Workers to join a growing manufacturing team in the Brainerd area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy detailed hand assembly work in a clean production environment. These positions are full-time, and there is potential for qualified employees to be hired on by the client company.

• $19.00/hour for candidates with 1+ years of related experience
• $18.00/hour for candidates with no prior experience

• Full-Time
• Monday through Thursday
• 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Possible overtime on Fridays

• Ability to sit for the majority of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required

As an Assembly Worker, you will work at a seated workstation performing light manufacturing and electronic assembly tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, follows directions carefully, and takes pride in producing quality products.

• Gluing electronic circuit boards and components
• Installing rivets and small parts
• Performing detailed hand assembly work
• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
• Following production procedures and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

This position is a great fit for someone who has a strong eye for detail and enjoys consistent, hands-on work. While the tasks are straightforward, accuracy and quality are important. Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or electronics experience is a plus, but motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply. This is currently a temporary assignment with the possibility of becoming a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidates.
