• Education Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license from an accredited program
• Certifications Requirements: Valid state-specific LPN/LVN license; CPR certification;
  Negative COVID-19 test or vaccination as per facility policy
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience;
  Prior experience working with elderly populations in a clinical setting;
  Familiarity with EMR systems
• Other Requirements: Ability to work 3-12 hour shifts;
  Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  Flexibility to float to different units as needed

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care facility, ensuring adherence to care plans and safety standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system, recording patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for adverse reactions and effectiveness.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, medication compliance, and wellness strategies.
