Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support;
Assist in transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises;
Assist with food preparation and dining; support residents with meals and hydration;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse
