Board Certified in Oncology or Hematology, or truly board eligible

Experience:

Minimum of 3 weeks/month; prior oncology/hematology experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Manage a patient volume of 12-15 patients daily, balancing hematology and oncology cases
• Conduct consultations primarily in the clinic setting
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including one other Physician and three RNs
• Utilize Epic system-wide for documentation and care coordination
• Support hospital responsibilities primarily through consultations
• Provide patient education and coordinate care plans
• Follow established protocols and contribute to ongoing patient management
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

What You Need

• Board certification in Oncology or Hematology, or exception-eligible
• Minimum 3 weeks/month commitment; full-time preferred
• Active medical license in Minnesota
• Experience with Epic EMR system is a plus

• Prior oncology/hematology clinical experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
