BSN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required.

Minimum of 2 years previous RN experience.

• Partner with the Nurse Manager to assess, plan, manage, and evaluate nursing care and daily operations within our Float Pool and Specialty Units (such as Endo and IR).
• Ensure streamlined and effective patient care delivery systems that support smooth transitions across the continuum of care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain an efficient and high-functioning unit.
• Drive clinical excellence through participation in departmental goal-setting and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support financial stewardship through effective operational and resource management.
• Facilitate orientation, training, ongoing education, and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
• Cultivate a collaborative, team‑based environment that promotes clinical excellence and compassionate care in a fast‑paced emergency setting.

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
