Good Samaritan Society - 804 Wright Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident.;
Assist with basic health care needs including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, obtaining and recording vital signs.;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.;
Provide housekeeping and laundry services and support wellness and recreational programs as needed.
