Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques;
Record and communicate vital signs and changes in resident condition to the charge nurse;
Assist with meals and dining, provide water and supplements as appropriate;
Maintain infection prevention practices and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment
