Moments Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our on-the-road team. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, respond to after-hours calls, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality hospice services in patients' homes.
This full-time role involves 7 days on/7 days off with nights and weekend coverage. A company car with fuel and insurance is provided, and benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with matching.
