Moments Hospice is seeking a compassionate CNA to support patients at the end of life, delivering personal care and comfort with dignity. You will work closely with an RN Case Manager, review care plans, and help with daily activities in a mobile/road-based role.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18-$23, company car with fuel and insurance, plus health, dental and vision insurance, and generous PTO. A valid CNA license and caregiving experience are required.
