We are seeking a dedicated Building Nurse (RN/LPN) to provide comprehensive health services and student care within a school setting in Brainerd, MN. This is a full-time opportunity working alongside a supportive nursing team throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

The Building Nurse will provide building-level health services and support the overall health and wellness of students throughout the school day. The nurse will work collaboratively with another Building Nurse and the District Nurse to ensure students receive appropriate and timely care.
Responsibilities- Provide building-level health services and daily student care.
- Support student health needs, including medication administration and implementation of individual health plans.
- Respond promptly to student health concerns, illnesses, injuries, and emergencies.
- Monitor and address student health needs throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and school-based teams.
- Maintain accurate health and medical documentation.
- Partner with the nursing team to promote a safe, healthy, and supportive school environment.
- Active Minnesota RN or LPN License required.
- Previous school nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based nursing team.
