• Prepare wood products for finishing
• Sand, stain, and finish wood components
• Inspect completed products for quality
• Operate basic hand tools and shop equipment
• Move and organize materials
• Support daily production activities
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Complete additional shop duties as assigned
