About the role:
This is an on-site role responsible for supporting manufacturing quality, process improvement, and calibration activities to ensure products meet company and customer specifications. The position partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development, and R&D teams to analyze data, investigate quality issues, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to lead through technical knowledge, initiative, and a commitment to quality excellence.
The pay range for this role is $24.00 to $28.00 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Requirements:
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, Quality Control Technology Certificate, or an equivalent combination of a high school diploma and at least 2 years of Quality Assurance experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Experience using complex inspection and measurement tools; ISO or similar quality system training is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; ERP system experience is preferred.
