Sanford Health - Up to $23.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepares, assembles baked goods, cooks, seasons and portions food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors according to menu and dietary requirements.;
Adheres to HACCP guidelines and documents HACCP steps, temperatures, and outcomes.;
Operates kitchen equipment ( mixers, slicers, kettles, ovens, etc.) and maintains sanitation.;
Maintains labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machinery.;
Communicates effectively with internal customers and works as part of a team.
