Good Samaritan Society - Up to $23.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepare, assemble baked goods, cook, season and portion food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors;
Adhere to HACCP guidelines and document HACCP steps, temperatures, and outcomes;
Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, slicers, and dishwashers;
Maintain labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machinery; ensure sanitation and cleanliness;
Read and follow standardized recipes; perform basic math; communicate effectively with internal customers
