Penmac Staffing Services is hiring Greenhouse Growers and Sales Assistants for a hands‑on opportunity with a growing greenhouse team in the Brainerd area!

If you enjoy plants, working in a team environment, and staying active throughout the day, this could be the perfect fit. Whether you already have experience or are simply interested in learning more about horticulture, we provide paid, on-the-job training to help you succeed.

As a Greenhouse Grower and Sales Assistant, you’ll help maintain healthy plants and keep the greenhouse running smoothly. Daily responsibilities may include:

• Watering and fertilizing plants
• Monitoring plant health and assisting with pest prevention
• Moving, spacing, and organizing plants throughout the greenhouse
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Assisting customers and supporting greenhouse sales operations
• Learning professional growing techniques used to produce high-quality plants

We are looking for team members who are:

• Dependable and punctual
• Positive, friendly, and helpful
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Team‑oriented with a strong work ethic

No previous greenhouse or horticulture experience is required.

Starting pay is based on experience and skill level. Between $20 - $24 per hour.
