Description
Pleasure Land RV Center is hiring a full-time Parts & Shipping Associate to help customers, process parts orders, ship and receive products, and keep inventory organized. No RV experience is required - we will train the right person.
This is a great fit for someone with experience in customer service, warehouse work, shipping and receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, automotive parts, retail sales, or logistics.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will support our parts operation by helping customers, processing orders, handling shipments, and keeping inventory organized.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and online with parts questions and orders
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship outgoing customer orders
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Stock, label, and maintain parts inventory
- Update order and inventory information in company systems
- Help load and unload shipments as needed
- Keep warehouse, receiving, and sales areas clean and organized
- Work with team members to complete orders on time
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service
A strong candidate will be:

- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Able to stay productive in a busy work environment
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Able to follow through on tasks without constant supervision
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and heavier items with team assistance or equipment
Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required:
- Customer service
- Parts sales
- Shipping and receiving
- Warehouse or inventory work
- Order fulfillment
- Retail sales
- Forklift operation
- Automotive, RV, marine, powersports, or equipment parts
