• Customer Service
  :
  Provide outstanding service by answering customer questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with any needs to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness
  :
  Ensure the pro shop is clean, organized, and inviting for customers, contributing to a welcoming environment.
• Shift Leader: Oversee the team during your shift, ensuring that staff are on task, positioned appropriately, and working efficiently. Lead by example with clear communication and assist as needed.
• Phone Handling
  :
  Answer phone calls promptly when not assisting in-person customers. Book tee times, assist with reservations, and provide helpful information.
• Cashiering
  :
  Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and receipts accurately. Ensure the register balances correctly and manage the cash drawer.
• Tee Time Reservations
  :
  Manage and assist with booking tee times, ensuring smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
• Sales: Assist customers with purchasing equipment, apparel, accessories, and other merchandise. Promote special offers and sales to boost store revenue.
• Handle Returns and Exchanges
  :
  Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with Events: Help with event setup, tournaments, and clinics, ensuring customers have all the necessary equipment and information for a successful experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shift operations effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable handling physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Previous experience in golf, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization.
• Comfortable handling transactions and managing cash registers.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver's license!
