Retail and Event Marketing Promoter - Brainerd

Overview

We are seeking part‑time, flexible marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen located throughout the Twin Cities area. The role involves engaging with prospective customers in retail locations, booking appointments for a no‑cost assessment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert, and following up to ensure successful outcomes. Compensation includes a base rate of $14 per hour plus commissions ranging from $225 to $750 weekly.

• Engage with customers in store locations to discuss home improvement opportunities.
• Book appointments for free appointments with window experts.
• Follow up with customers to provide information, gather feedback, and coordinate next steps.
• Work with the team to review feedback and improve appointment booking processes.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Motivated, dedicated, and dependable team player.
• Available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
