Schedule:

Hybrid (4 days in the field, 1 day remote)

Travel:
Local travel required, up to a 2-hour driving radius

Compensation:
Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Mileage Reimbursement

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to recruit and onboard local businesses into a growing delivery partner program.

In this role, you'll work directly with business owners, community organizations, and local leaders to introduce the program, generate interest, and guide qualified businesses through the onboarding process. If you enjoy relationship building, community engagement, and sales, this is a great opportunity to make an impact while earning additional commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to prospective businesses in targeted communities
• Present and promote the delivery partner program
• Generate interest and qualify potential partner businesses
• Guide businesses through the application and vetting process
• Maintain accurate records of lead activity and pipeline management in Salesforce
• Support community recruitment events, including:
• Lunch & Learns
• Coffee Chats
• Town Hall Meetings
• Partner with local chambers of commerce, economic development associations, and other community organizations
• Import and manage lead data through Salesforce and Excel
• Collaborate closely with the Field Manager to achieve recruitment goals

Qualifications Required

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, business development, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
• Ability to travel locally up to two hours from the assigned market
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Preferred

• Field sales experience
• Experience with customer negotiations or consultative selling
• Salesforce or CRM experience
• Event planning or community outreach experience

Compensation & Benefits Uncapped Commission Opportunities

Earn additional commission for successful partner milestones:

• $75 per partner application submitted
• $100 when a partner reaches "Ready to Launch"
• $175 when a partner launches and remains active for two weeks
