Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials for various construction projects
• Install framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and flooring according to project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of work
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform repairs and remodeling on residential or commercial structures as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete projects on schedule

• Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• OSHA certification is a plus
