Purpose

Renewal by Andersen is seeking experienced Lead Installers to oversee window and door installation at a single job site, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper installation procedures. The Lead Installer provides direction, training, and ensures site readiness and shutdown protocols.

• Inspect, measure, and install windows and doors according to specifications and company guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate materials and resources prior to job start.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach installers on workmanship and safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe work site and perform proper site shutdown.
• Act as the front‑line representative, building rapport with homeowners, explaining the work schedule and addressing questions.
• Manage job site operations, including confrontation and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
• Organize and prioritize tasks and schedule to meet client time windows.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years window installation and remodeling experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing job sites and leading crews.
• Ability to coach and mentor other installers.
• Superior workmanship record.
• Scheduled availability during homeowners’ availability (7 a.m.–7 p.m.).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills with peers and homeowners.
