We’re currently looking for a Lot Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in being organized, and are mechanically inclined, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Stage RVs for technicians to keep shop operations running smoothly
• Document service-related issues and coordinate repair scheduling with the Service Department
• Perform light maintenance and minor adjustments on RVs before delivery
• Maintain the RV delivery area
• Pick up and receive parts, equipment, and packages
• Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up units and assist with setup
• Safely trailer and transport customer vehicles to/from delivery and pickup locations
• Plan and follow efficient travel routes for pickups and deliveries
• Keep accurate travel logs and records
• Assist in the detail department when needed
• Take on other tasks as assigned by management

• Basic mechanical skills and comfort using tools
• Familiarity with RV systems and accessories is a plus
• Ability to safely operate tractors and tow trailers
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Excellent problem‑solving and time management skills
• Self‑starter with flexibility to adjust to customer needs
• Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Highly organized and dependable
