This position provides supervision, leadership, training, guidance, and direction to the warehouse/shipping department.

• Plan, organize, supervise & participate in daily warehouse operation activities.
• Supervise the receipt, documentation, storage, safety & distribution of equipment, supplies and maintenance of inventory.
• Enforce proper inventory procedures and ensure timely transactions by Warehouse personnel, while conducting regular cycle counts.

• Ensures proper documentation of processes, equipment, systems, employee relation issues, Investigations
• Lead warehouse sanitation/5S activities
• Develop and recommend departmental budgets while ensuring budget compliance.

• Coordination of freight/courier for Lexington and our customers
• Attain and assess freight/courier rates for Lexington and our customers

• Provides accurate and timely feedback to coworkers and to direct reports. Conducts 90‑day and annual performance reviews on time. Creates clear Individual Development Plans and follows through with action plans.
• Effective listening and communication skills include using discretion and appropriate language with individuals across multiple departments. Utilizes multiple methods of conveying information to be effective.
• Cascades information within the department as directed. Responds to conflict by using effective conflict‑resolution skills to find solutions.
