Operations Specialist (PT), Background Screening

Summary - A professional with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and organized. The position is 30 hours a week, on-site at the Pastoral Center in Braintree

• Obtain and maintain working knowledge of: MA CORI Procedures; SAFIS procedures; RCAB CORI policy.
• Assist in processing fingerprinting and National Sex Offender checks as needed.
• Data entry & filing.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality for all information learned in the course of the job.
• Assist in processing incoming & outgoing mail.
• Create and update forms ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to become a Certified SAFIS-R User for CHRI access and complete FBI Level 4 CJIS Security Training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word & MS Excel in particular).
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and follow through with tasks to their completion, seeking help with overcoming obstacles when necessary.
• High level of accuracy with data entry.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to use a computer keyboard for up to 8 hours/day.
• Ability to sit for up to 8 hours/day.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Salary $25/hour
