** Position Overview
** There is an opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group! Quirk Auto is currently seeking an experienced Technician for our busy Service Department! Quirk has opportunities for inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed. Compensation will be based on experience.
** Key Required Proficiencies:
*** Use Diagnostic Equipment and Special Service tools to test vehicle components
* Test-driving vehicles for diagnosis and repair verification
* Diagnose vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, steering, electrical, air conditioning, etc
* Provide the Service Advisor with an estimate of any additional repairs needed
* Stay current with technical bulletins, recalls, service procedures, and new technology.
** Preferred
Skills:
*** Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude
* Strong willingness to learn.
* Previous experience and certifications recommended.
** Benefits offered:**- Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. Quirk will provide you with Basic Life Insurance and AD&D policy of $20,000 at no cost to you. All other benefits are optional and will be offered to you at a cost.
