Senior Project Manager

We're partnering with a well established commercial General Contractor looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys leading projects from pre-con through closeout.

• Ground up commercial construction
• Tenant improvements & occupied renovations
• Retail, restaurant, corporate, and commercial projects

• Lead multiple commercial projects simultaneously from pre-construction through completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financial performance
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, QA/QC, safety, and project documentation
• Build strong client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Mentor project teams and drive successful project execution

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Background managing ground up and renovation projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
