We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves providing exceptional service, interacting professionally with customers, and resolving questions or concerns. This position offers opportunities for training, career growth, and advancement.

• Process customer orders using company pricing and commission practices.
• Provide order information, expedite, cancel, and change orders.
• Verify product specifications.
• Determine appropriate delivery method based on customer needs and schedule order fulfillment based on published lead times.
• Resolve basic customer service problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build strong and trusting relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve service issues.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, including high call volume handling.
• Previous plumbing sales or general plumbing background is a plus.
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting.
• Motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Friendly phone attitude.
