Quirk is currently expanding and is in need of a new Business Development Center Representative. The BDC representative is responsible and accountable for producing committed scheduled appointments between our customers and our service department. We offer a professional environment, ongoing training and many opportunities for learning, growth and career advancement.

• Answer incoming service calls promptly and courteously while assisting customers with scheduling service appointments
• Respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner
• Monitor incoming leads continuously and ensure all inquiries receive prompt follow-up
• Collect and organize customer information for outreach regarding manufacturer recalls and service campaigns
• Contact customers regarding open recalls, maintenance recommendations, and service opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
• Stay current on company updates, manufacturer programs, industry knowledge, and service standards
• Work closely with the service department to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within expected time frames

• Proficiency with MS office programs
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality
• Superior customer service skills
• Outstanding phone skills and follow-up
• Bilingual preferred, but not a requirement

Full Time - Health, Dental, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and Critical Illness Insurance. Quirk will provide at no cost to you, Basic Life Insurance and an AD&D policy of $20,000. All other benefits are optional and will be offered to you at a cost.
