We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered dental practice. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering preventive dental care, patient education, and clinical support in a welcoming and fast-paced environment. Looking for full-time 4-5 days a week.

• Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing
• Conduct patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and vital signs
• Take and process dental X-rays and other diagnostic imaging
  
  Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Assist with chairside procedures when needed using four-handed dentistry techniques
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems
• Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and HIPAA compliance standards
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment

• $50–$60 per hour, based on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Experience performing preventive dental procedures independently
• Familiarity with dental software
• Strong understanding of infection control protocols and patient safety

• Experience with pediatric patients is a plus, but not required
