Bulletin 2614 Special Education Teacher at AIMS Program at Ross Elementary School
Ross Elementary School is seeking a dedicated, creative, and collaborative Special Education Teacher to join our AIMS program. This role supports students with complex learning profiles, primarily those on the autism spectrum. We are looking for an educator who pairs a deep understanding of evidence-based practices with a kind, student-centered approach.

- Deliver classroom instruction grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Modify and implement specialized curricula to meet diverse learner needs, manage the IEP process, including drafting goals, writing progress reports, and conducting standardized assessments for re-eligibility.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of para educators and coordinate closely with related service providers.
- Certified by the MA DESE in either Moderate or Severe Special Education.
- Proven experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Proficiency with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
