Ideal candidates will have some college education and some experience with young children.
The hourly pay range for this position is $19.00–$23.00, based on experience and qualifications.
- Greet each child by name and acknowledge parents during drop‑off and pick‑up times daily.
- Ensure the safety of each child.
- Maintain confidentiality of school directives, curriculum and software.
- Read, understand and implement all policies and procedures of The Gardner School and all State Licensing Agencies.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with parents and coworkers.
- Advise the Director or Assistant Director of any supplies needed for the upcoming months.
- Follow the standards set forth for the conduct and responsibilities of all staff members who come in contact with children.

- One year of professional experience.
- Love working with children and have a loving and nurturing personality.
- Excellent communication skills, including personal face‑to‑face communication with parents, staff, and children.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Computer literacy required.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or BA degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or related degree preferred.
- Intermediate PC skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
